Dr. Simmi Aggarwal MBBS MS (Eye) Consultant Phaco & Lasik Surgeon in Ludhiana.
She specialize in advanced technologies for correcting vision including:
- Laser vision correction i.e. LASIK, PRESBYOND after 40, TOPOGUIDED LASIK, INTRALASE.
- Refractive lens exchange with MULTIFOCAL & TRIFOCAL LENSES.
- Phacoemulsification with monofocal, toric & MICS lenses for cataract treatment.
- Glaucoma medical & surgical management.
She have an experience of 20years as a Phaco & Lasik surgeon . She is highly experienced surgeon and have performed over 20000 eye surgery procedures.
She is particularly interested in managing patients above 40 who are wearing glasses only for near or both for far and near & are seeking laser PRESBYOND surgery to get rid of their glasses.
- Have been awarded a no. of medals & shields by various organizations for last 10 years for selfless involvement in OPD camps & surgeries with outstanding results.

- She studied MBBS at the famous Govt. Medical College, Amritsar then She studied masters in Ophthalmology from Govt. Medical College, Faridkot, Punjab.
- She did observer ship at Daljit Singh Eye Institute, Amritsar and Sangha Eye Hospital, Jalandhar for Lasers & Squint.
- She underwent specialized clinical, surgical & research training at famous Jagdambay Charitable Eye Institute, Ganaganagar.
- She is worked as a consultant & Phaco surgeon at famous charitable hospitals in Ludhiana. Then She left charitable hospitals to establish own independent eye hospital in the name of Ambay Eye Care & Lasik Center on Ludhiana’s famous Main Gill Road in the heart of the city.

- “Prevalence & pattern of corneal blindness” in Out patient department of Medical College & Hospital, Faridkot.
- “Treatment of ocular trauma due to injury with Slaked Lime”
She have a no of papers to my publication presented in Punjab Ophthalmological Society at IVth & Vth Annual Conference.
